Today, I would like to write about a hairstyle for people who are often told,

“Short hair is impossible for your hair.”

This is especially for people with very straight and very thick hair.

Miho’s hair is exactly that type.The kind of hair that people often say,
“Short hair won’t work.”

But look how soft and beautiful it can become ♡

People with straight and thick hair often have problems like:

・it gets wide very easily

・it does not have much movement

・even if you curl it, it quickly goes back

・it is difficult to change the style

Because of this, many people end up keeping their hair long for many years.

It may look different from curly hair problems,　but actually the structure is very similar.

In the end, the problem is the same:
it is difficult to manage.

Because the hair is so straight,
if you add too many layers, it can become wide.And if it is thinned too much,
only the ends become too light and empty.

Sometimes it creates a shape that looks like a “jellyfish” silhouette… which can be so sad..”(-“”-)”

I think people with thick hair have probably experienced this before:
thin ends with heavy roots.( ;∀;)

Honestly, I had the same hair when I was younger too… haha

That is why, just like with curly hair,
I really focus on balancing the head shape and the hair texture.I use techniques based on New York dry cutting and bone-structure correction cutting.

I do not use thinning scissors..!

I finish the style with just one pair of scissors.

Even with straight hair,
you can still create softness and movement,
depending on how it is cut.
