Moana Malie Hair operates within a shared salon, so same-day cancellations and rescheduling are generally discouraged.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please make sure to contact us via WhatsApp message by 23:00 on the day before your reservation. (After 23:00, a sear fee for yout reserved time will be charged on the Moana Malie Hair side due to the shared salon system. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.)
If you are feeling unwell or have any unavoidable circumstances, please feel free to let us know even on the same day. *Please rest assured that no cancellation fee will be charged, even for same-day cancellations.
What payment methods are available?
Payment can be made in cash or various credits card.
Can i bring it to my seat?
All seating areas are semi-private, so you may bring your own drinks or food and enjoy them during breaks in your treatment.
What should i do if i have to cancel on the day of the events?
We do not charge cancellation fees, but please be sure to contact us regardless.
If you cancel on the day of your appointment without prior notice two or more times, you may be unable too make future reservation.
